Pupil & Sports Premium Reports
Pupil Premium
At Brampton Abbotts CE Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of their background or circumstances, has the opportunity to flourish and achieve their full potential. Our Pupil Premium Strategy outlines how additional funding is used to support disadvantaged pupils through high-quality teaching, targeted interventions and wider pastoral support.
Our priorities include raising attainment in reading, writing and mathematics, improving attendance, supporting children's wellbeing and mental health, and ensuring all pupils can access the wider opportunities that enrich school life. We regularly review the impact of our provision to ensure funding is used effectively and enables every child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
PE and Sport Premium
At our school, we recognise the important role that physical activity, sport and outdoor learning play in promoting children's health, wellbeing and personal development. Our PE and Sport Premium funding is used to enhance the quality of PE teaching, increase participation in physical activity, broaden sporting opportunities and ensure that all pupils, including those with SEND and disadvantaged backgrounds, can fully participate and succeed.
Through staff development, active play initiatives, participation in competitive sport, leadership opportunities and links with local sports providers, we aim to create sustainable improvements that benefit both current and future pupils. Our action plan and annual impact review demonstrate how this funding contributes to an active, inclusive and healthy school community.
